These Terms & Conditions apply to all makeup, beauty and skin services provided by Beauty By Annie. By booking an appointment or submitting a wedding enquiry, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all services and wedding dates.

• Wedding dates are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed in advance.

2. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full appointment cost.

• Booking fees are strictly non-refundable, including for reductions in service numbers.

• Changes to wedding day services (e.g., reducing bridal party numbers) may still be chargeable.

• If Annie must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded or transferred to a future date.

3. Travel & Additional Costs

• Travel fees may apply for mobile services and locations outside the immediate area.

• Parking costs, tolls or travel expenses must be covered by the client where necessary.

• Early call-out fees may apply for appointments requiring a start time before 7:00am.

4. Skincare & Safety

• Clients must inform Beauty By Annie of any allergies, skin conditions, illnesses or sensitivities prior to treatment.

• Beauty By Annie is not liable for any reactions where relevant information has not been provided.

• Patch tests are required when recommended and must be completed within the specified timeframe.

5. Hygiene & Professional Standards

• All tools, brushes and equipment are sanitised regularly to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

• Any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of services with no refunds.

6. Photography & Social Media

• With client consent, photographs may be taken and used for portfolio, website and social media.

• Clients may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Beauty By Annie.

7. Timing & Responsibility

• Clients must arrive on time to appointments to ensure full service can be provided.

• For weddings, a schedule will be agreed in advance; delays caused by the bridal party may reduce service quality or completion.

8. Minimum Numbers (Weddings Only)

• A minimum number of makeup applications may be required for peak season bookings; this will be confirmed during enquiry.

9. Liability

• Beauty By Annie will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

• Services are carried out with professional care and products suited to the client’s needs.

10. Policy Updates

Beauty By Annie may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will always be available on this website.
